the banner exchange is very useful to increase one's visibility and the Page Rank (my PR is » at the bottom of the homepage), increase the value of one's image and above all to increase accesses to the web site coming from really interested visitors.

Page Rank: it's an algorithm created by Google to calculate the IMPORTANCE of a web site or page.
The Page Rank is calculated by counting both the number of external links to a given site and the quality of the links, (quality means the pertinence to the argument treated); it also takes into account if the site containing a link to your site is also linked in your site.
